Welcome to Creations By Tiffany, Custom Embroidery at Discount Prices. We offer a large selection of garments and embroidered designs at prices well below retail. We cater to both the individual and to corporations. There are no minimum orders or inflated shipping charges. Customer service and satisfaction is our primary goal.
On the site you can find ready to purchase embellished items (both with embroidery and heat set transfers) and blank (unembellished) items. You can also view embroidery designs to have your own custom look created. You can find items for baby gifts, teenagers, grandparents, spiritwear, hobbies, events and corporate wear; something for every need.

Below are downloadable forms to order products. The first is the form to order embroidered items; the second is the form to order blank, or unembellished items. These forms must be signed and then sent in with a down payment. If payment is being made via Pay Pal, the form may be emailed to CBTSales@aol.com. If payment is in the form of a check, it must be mailed in or delivered in person. Down payments are typically the cost of the garments being purchased, or half the total purchase price. Forms must be filled out completely, even if that means filling in "N/A" in various spots. See forms for all regulations of purchase.
